ALL forms are (I-PDF). That means the form is an Interactive PDF. An Interactive PDF will allow you to do the following:

1) enter the information directly into the on-line form;
2) print it;
3) sign it or have it notarized
    (if necessary);
4) attach a check or money
    order for any fees
    required;

If you do not have a full-version of Adobe Acrobat (would be a paid copy that also allows you to create interactive PDFs), the data you entered WILL BE LOST if you try to retrieve it at a later time.  It will allow you to save the document, but the data you entered will NOT BE SAVED with the document, ONLY the blank form.
