To receive an endorsement to teach pupils in the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Program developed pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 2031, a person must:

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree; and

2. Have received, from the secretary of the military branch he serves in or has retired from, certification as an instructor in the Program.

An applicant for an endorsement is not required to meet the requirements of the U.S. Constitution or the Praxis series tests; however, the requirements of Nevada School Law and Nevada Constitution will be provision on the license.
