Comprehensive Major & Minor

Thirty-six (36) semester hours of credit required for a major in Family and Consumer Science, or the twenty-four (24) semester hours of credit required for a minor in Home Economics must include course work in each of the following:

1. Foods or culinary;

2. Nutrition;

3. Clothing and textiles;

4. Consumerism;

5. Housing environment or interior design;

6. Child development; and

7. Family relationships.
