Comprehensive Major

Thirty-six (36) semester credits which must include at least 3 semester credits in each of the following areas:

1. Economics;

2. Geography;

3. Psychology or sociology;

4. Ethnic studies;

5. Political science;

6. History of the United States; and

7. History of the world.

Additional credits to meet the thirty-six credits noted above can be from any of the following areas: political science, history of the United States, and/or history of the world.
 

Comprehensive Minor

Twenty-four (24) semester credits which must include at least 3 semester credits from any one of the following areas:

1.  Economics;

2. Geography;

3. Psychology or sociology; or

4. Ethnic studies; and

5. Three (3) semester credits from each of the following areas:

   1. Political science,

   2. History of the United States; and

   3. history of the world; and
       

6. Seven (7) semester credits from any of the following areas:
    

1. Political science,

2. History of the United States; and

3. history of the world; and

7. Five (5) semester credits from any of the following areas:

1. Economics;

2. Psychology

3. Sociology;

4. Ethnic studies;

5. Political science;

6. History of the United States; or

7. History of the world
